Our cheeses made from raw cow's milk comes from a method of farming that is free from chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
Our animals graze peacefully from May to October and their well-being is directly related to ours. We do not practice any vaccinations on our animals. A healthy diet combined with a harmonious environment are for us the bases of preventive medicine.
The farm as well as the cheese factory are family businesses. Come visit us to taste our delicious cheeses!
