The goal was to create a gluten-free and casein-free bread that would be delicious. In 2006, Caroline and Guy started a gluten-free and dairy-free diet intending to help their toddler, who was suffering from autism-related symptoms.
As the diet showed encouraging results, Caroline started developing her own bread recipes. Her goal was to come up with tastier and more nutritious alternatives to what the market offered. Two and a half years later, after hundreds of trials and errors, Caroline was able to create a delicious gluten-free and casein-free bread. While working on the concoction of bread, she was also able to develop many other recipes including muffins, cakes, waffles, pie crust, etc.
Caroline and Guy later decided to start their own business so that other people could benefit from delicious, healthy, and all-natural gluten-free and casein-free products!
